Service Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

These Service Terms apply to all work carried out by CMF Bathrooms and Wet Room Limited, trading as Just Toilets (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We provide toilet repair and related plumbing services to customers in Salisbury and surrounding areas.

By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.


2. Services

We provide repair, maintenance, and related plumbing services, primarily focused on toilets and associated fittings.

All work is carried out based on the information provided by the customer and a visual inspection at the property.


3. Quotes & Pricing

Where possible, we offer fixed prices for common repairs.

If, during a visit, we identify additional issues or work that falls outside the original scope, we will:

  • Explain the issue clearly, and

  • Confirm any additional cost before continuing.

We will not proceed with extra work without your agreement.


4. Appointments & Access

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, and

  • A clear working area around the toilet and repair location.

If we are unable to gain access or complete the job due to access restrictions, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided in advance, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee to cover time and travel.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of the work.

For jobs with a total value of under £250, full payment must be made at the time the work is completed.

We accept:

  • Contactless card payments

  • Cash

  • QR code bank transfer (to be completed on site at the time of payment)

We do not offer delayed or post-visit payment terms.

If payment is not made at the time of completion, we reserve the right to withhold any guarantees, receipts, or documentation until payment has been received in full.


6. Emergency Call-Outs

An “emergency” is defined as a situation where a toilet or associated plumbing issue is causing, or is likely to cause, immediate damage, flooding, loss of essential sanitation, or significant risk to the property or occupants.

Emergency call-outs:

  • Are subject to different pricing than standard appointments

  • May include an emergency or out-of-hours premium

  • Are prioritised based on availability and severity of the issue

Any emergency pricing will be explained and agreed with you before we attend or begin work wherever possible.


7. Guarantees & Parts

We provide a 12-month guarantee on our workmanship, starting from the date the work is completed.

Parts and materials supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not our own guarantee.

Our workmanship guarantee does not cover issues caused by:

  • Limescale or hard water conditions

  • Misuse, accidental damage, or tampering

  • Pre-existing faults or poor condition of existing plumbing or fittings

  • Normal wear and tear


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the issue when booking

  • Inform us of any known problems with plumbing, water pressure, or access

  • Keep children and pets away from the work area during the visit


9. Photos & Marketing

We may take or receive photos of work carried out for record-keeping, quotes, or quality control.

With your permission, we may use anonymised images of completed work for marketing purposes (for example, on our website or social media).
We will not publish identifiable images of your property or personal information without your consent.


10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or issues within existing plumbing systems that could not reasonably be identified during a visual inspection

  • Indirect or consequential losses, such as water damage caused by existing system failures outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
